Human Rights Advocacy
Lead advocacy efforts that foster human rights and social justice domestically and internationally. Our program instills students with the tools they need to work in governmental, nonprofit or private sectors applying established human rights standards, laws and treaties.
Community Health
Influence government policy and lead advocacy efforts that advance positive social change in communities. With cities around the world facing unprecedented population growth, our program trains students to work toward creating urban environments that promote mental health and well-being.

Sustainable Communities
Our Master of Public Administration: Sustainable Communities concentration is for those who aspire to lead and advocate for sustainable economic development, environmental development and a healthier culture and society at all levels. Prepare to drive change that nurtures lasting economic and ecological health and be a force for sustainable development in the communities you serve.

Consistent with our mission, our Master of Public Policy is rooted in social justice, while also developing your aptitude for administration, management and communication. Over the course of the program, you’ll take part in experiential learning and a professional practicum opportunity so you can cultivate the skills to become an agent of positive social change.
The curriculum for our MPP consists of 36 credits of coursework carried out in one year of full-time study or over two years of part-time study. Courses include a blend of theory, research and professional practicum experiences.
